What has happened is that I ordered several copies of a rare Enya DVD totalling over 50 ($80) by Visa Card but then realised that there is no way that this company could get hold of more than one copy of this (and I also discovered that there were bootleg copies going around) so I cancelled the order by email. After a slow response and them trying to get out of refunding me, they did finally agree to refund me after several weeks and emails.
Well, I am still waiting for a refund about 3 - 4 months after the original order was placed. They kept on saying that the refund was being processed by their bank.
I am annoyed that I placed an order from them in that the only contact details are 3 email addresses listed on the website. I don't even know what country they are from but they took days to reply to emails, if at all and then it was short replies in poor English so it is possible that they are Eastern European.
I have all the copies of the emails that were sent (which must be around 8 emails that I have sent) and received and my payment is listed on my bank statement.
