Concerning Ty Cohen support team,
I've made an order for a Ultimate Record Label package, the physical course, at $247 US Dollars, which is $372 AUD and for what I paid I am still waiting for ONE reply from them about whether they have sent my package or not. I've paid through online and have all information that payment has been confirmed.
I'm willing to forgive the huge time gap of lack of communication between customer and seller and regret to have to go this far against what looks like a promising package.
I've sent multiple e-mails kindly asking for a reply, and nothing. Whether it is their server that is playing up is not known, it would be nice to somehow know their server is down - I still get ads about their products, so there's a sign there server works which makes me suspicious..
At the moment I'm saying to people to avoid this company.
Customer Service so far is zero after a purchase. All I know is I've paid for a product from them and not recieved the product or any reply to my e-Mails since November 08 and it's now near the end of Jan 09.
