I am repenting the day I bought Dell's laptop - Studio 1535 at the end of 2008. The laptop has a faulty touchpad, even poor is their customer service outsourced in India. I have spend almost close to the price of the laptop on cellphone bills calling customer care and talking for hours to these impolite and insensitive reps at Dell's call center in India.
The laptop is under warranty still I have to beg the customer center for serivce. The whole line of studio 1535 laptops are faulty. After hours of waiting finally got to talk to these customers reps who updated the drivers, bios and everything in the book but it didnt work, they have replaced the touchpad it hasn't worked, they have even replaced the motherboard but still no good. In the end i had to beg for a change which they send a old refurbished laptop when i was promised a new one and guess what this one is faulty too, the same problem as before. Now i am being thrown around like a football between tech support and customer support and no one is ready to help me. I have concluded that they have inferior products and even worse customer care.
