The residents of North Port do not have a whole lot of accessible dining restaurants to choose from and it is sad that one of the most well-known restaurants has become such a disappointment...The public should be aware of this kind of "customer service rebellion" taking place by this local franchise owner.
My first experience to this restaurant about 6 months ago- I had ordered a Grilled Chicken Salad which was described on the menu as having a fresh romaine lettuce mix, when the salad was delivered there was no romaine lettuce and instead it was (not fresh) iceberg lettuce. I had not eaten anything all day, and this is what I had to look forward to? I did not complain, and was willing to give them another chance on my next visit. On today's visit the server stated they would not accommodate my request for a mix of the mild and garlic sauce for our wings because they have encountered a problem which she would not describe (even though other Beef's will do this- a server from Beef's actually introduced the idea to me at another location). The second major "no -no" was that our main meals arrived to the table before our appetizer did, with no apologies. AND THE THIRD "LAST STRAW" WAS THAT Southwestern Egg Rolls were terribly bland, and they refused to take it off the bill because they believe that customers who try to do this are only trying to "sample the food and then send it back! "! I had tried one eggroll only and had never sent anything back before. When I asked to see a manager, she said she was the manager, and that was the owner's policy. The lack of customer service is appalling! Don't waste your time or money at this location! They like to cut corners and please themselves only...Customer Service? They've never heard of it!
